Job Description

The product range is massive from small items, sub assemblies and finished goods. Global sourcing, a superb supply chain and great customer service requires product quality to match. An in-house test centre helps to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
The role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director you will manage and develop quality assurance function, ensuring products are fit for purpose, meeting internal and external requirements, including legal compliance. You will also manage a program of continual improvement actives across the business in cross functional work flows, reducing customer complaints, product return to supplier and customer OTIF.
The Person
To qualify you must have significant experience in development and management of QA protocol in UK, European and Far East Suppliers. You will also have a broad experience of managing continuous improvement programs utilising modern management tools
